There is something therapeutic, possibly even magical, about the combination of water and woods. A few minutes from Lake Michigan and the quaint harbor front town of South Haven, Michigan there exists a peaceful patch of meadows and trees surrounding a series of serene, small private lakes and ponds.  This “release from my cares” is Three Bridges – a Waterside Village.

A special option is our RV garage or boat garage that is 40’ long (longer with optional “bay” end) with 14’ height doors and is wide enough for most motor homes to be inside and useable with all slide outs fully extended. Many of the hookups needed are available options 50/100 amp electric service, drinking water and sanitary sewer/toilet.

This RV garage can be fully insulated and heated.  It can have extra windows installed allowing the pleasure of viewing outdoors and while having full use and access (for those who like to tinker) of your motor home at home.  This provides a safe, secure inside storage year round that will not offend your neighbors.

Three Bridges is a great place to live.  It has been carefully designed to highlight the land’s natural elements.  The deep, stocked small lakes and ponds are perfect for fishing, canoeing or paddle wheeling the day away.  In keeping with the peaceful environment, no gas-powered boats are allowed on the water. An in-ground swimming pool with a patio area for sunning is planned with bathrooms/changing rooms with a fenced “tot Lot” adjacent to the pool.
