 Following is a summary of the many community amenities available at Three Bridges – A Waterside Village.

  • Well designed community planned for 141 homes conveniently located 2 miles eat of Lake Michigan and downtown South Haven.  Residents will have the advantages of the beaches, unique shopping district, restaurants and recreational activities.
  • All owners will have full access to enjoy the park areas, water features, paths, pavilion and pool and other amenities in accordance with the rules and regulations of the condominium association and the community’s by-laws.
  • Quaint pavilion with large patio and fire-pit area.  The pavilion complex will include an outdoor pool, tot lot area plus restroom facilities.  Parking will be available for us by the Village Owners for outdoor receptions, events, and parties.
  • Enjoy a total of ten ¼ acre parks conveniently located throughout the Village to larger park and nature areas. Three Bridges is designed using the Low Impact Development concept to offer low maintenance smaller yards yet enjoying green spaces.
  • Two small stocked lakes and a pond will augment the natural cottage style home setting and will allow non-motorized water activities.
  • All streets include a walking path along one side making this a very accessible and walk able/bike friendly Village.  Over 7,000 feet of pathways intertwine throughout the village.
  • As a zoned village, adequate spacing between houses will be maintained to ensure more privacy and sense of space.
  • Clean, reliable municipal water and sanitary sewer will serve the Village.  Electrical, cable and telephone lines will run underground to provide clean and unobstructed views.
  • Specimen trees and wetlands will be preserved to enhance the natural and serene setting of the community.
  • Common areas include the parks and green space as well as the front lawns of all units will be maintained by the association as well as provide snowplowing of the roads and security cameras.  This relieves the homeowners of these responsibilities and presents a well-maintained village.
  • Boulevard and landscaped entry/exits will clearly identify Three Bridges Village to provide a beautiful welcome to owners and guests
  • Upon 80% completion of the phases, the developer will turn the village over to the Association where owners will have a cote in how the Village operate in the future.
